Yep... put in my request for a drag 'n' fly and a deluxe yesterday afternoon

This was pretty sneaky. Leaving your devoted forum friends to find this one on their own. lucky I decided to check in. Email sent for Deluxe and Drag'n'fly. Finally I might have what I came here for. :)

Well I mailed Dave about a purple Meathead about 5 mins after he posted about the wait lists so I have my fingers crossed. I never ever should have sold my old deluxe (small box, blue hammerite). I knew I'd regret it and sure enough ... Mike Haven't had a confirmation yet - but these new-style wait lists are new to me and I'm not sure how long a confirmation mail should take.

I can't imagine that any of us wouldn't make it onto the Deluxe Meat waitlist. It doesn't say on the site that they're a limited build, so he'll probably start a second list if and when the first one fills up.

I'm sure it's happened. Or maybe it was someone else who I lost out to on the ebay Deluxes. Actually that would make sense wouldn't it, because why would you want putting on the list? I think all the forumites have just melded into one for me now and I blame everyone for all the various ebay winnings, custom lists and one offs I keep losing... I seem to always be last. :) But not this time. Oh no sir. Really looking forward to these babies.

We have confirmation. I first wanted a Deluxe in march of 2006, had the opportunity to get a Donnerbox from Vintage and Rare, they were holding it for me, until I just couldn't afford it at that time, now over two years later and a lot of ebay defeats, I'm finally getting one. :)

Yeah. I got list 1 for delux and fly.
