New Colorsound Tonebenders
What are the newer 3 knob colorsound tonebenders like? Are they similar to the MKIII?

Only tried the Yellow one...I was really disappointed! Looks the business but its a million miles away from how it should sound...shame really :cry: Personally I found it too dark with not enough gain and very flat and boxy in its qualities, almost sounds ridged if that makes sense?!!?...kinda cool for bass though. I guess I was disappointed because know how they should sound maybe if you had no prior experience of the MKIII and MKIV you might dig it. ~Dave

They definately look cool as, but looking at the innards it seems that's were the similarity ends. I suppose i should really be judging with my ears tho! If i see one cheap i might give it a go.

Hey Dave, have you played the Colorsound Fuzz Box? it has one knob (but with a "secret" wheel inside) like the Meathead and it's described as a nasty fuzz.
