Octron 2's are still being made. They cost $299 + $8 s&h. The wait time is 4 days. I just got the Octron 2 for you email. No offense meant here, highaura'd, and the fact that they're still in production shouldn't hamper your resale price as I know this pedal carries an excellent reputation, but potential buyers here have a right to know the pedal's still available from the builder, even if it seems to take forever for the guy to get back to someone.
