Box, Velcro neatly applied. Bottom rubber removed for velcro can easily be reapplied,included. $old 5.D*A*M Meathead Deluxe In smallbox/hammerite grey, only a few were made. Brand New condition Just bought a few months ago Box/Papers and Candy included. Excellent pedal, sounds amazing. Don't want to sell but I have a regular meathead so It's o.k.
