what kind of transistors in meathead I know these are silicone. I am not much of a pedal electronics guy, I can barely solder. But I ran across another meathead and some guy said it had some mojo magical transistors not normally found in meatheads. So I was curious, what transistors are in these and are there ones out there with different transistors? I don't really need another meathead, I have a few already, but I might be interested in picking up some mojo transistor versions

Would you say that "silicone" fuzzes have a big-breasted tone?
:P

Get it up here Dave! I have two single knob MHs, one with the stock silicon, the other is a custom with a Ge tranny. I'd say the Si has bigger breasts and is into having some unadulterated fun, but that the Ge is maybe more shapely and requires a little more coaxing to get 'em out. Definately a goer when the sweet spot is hit!

Are there transistors in the Meathead ? I thought that the Captain's classics were powered by tiny fuzzy elves that he had hand reared, trained and then tuned for each pedal !
